CASH DELIVERY (CASH DROP) SERVICES

Markato provides cash delivery services across South Sudan in both local (SSP) and foreign  (USD) currencies. Payments are made on a reimbursement basis, with Markato paying beneficiaries in the field and the organization reimbursing after confirmation and invoicing.

Payments can be made to all states within a three (3) working-day lead time.

1. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  • Organization submits payment instructions three days in advance.
  • Instructions include beneficiary details, payment amount, currency, and location.
  • Markato validates and processes instructions.
  • Beneficiaries receive funds upon proper identification.
  • Organization reimburses Markato via bank transfer or cheques.

Markato operates across all states and remote field locations in South Sudan, including Juba and other major towns.

We facilitate salary and incentive disbursements for organizations in Juba and field locations, ensuring timely and secure payments.

Markato provides secure cash-in-transit services within Juba, transporting cash between client premises and banks with maximum safety.

We collect cash from client offices in Juba and field locations and deposit it into designated bank accounts, allowing staff to focus on core operations.

Markato offers competitive foreign exchange rates aligned with market conditions. We trade in major international and regional currencies, including USD, SSP, GBP, EUR, KES, JPY, AUD, CAD, TZS, UGX, ZAR, AED, and SAR.

We provide fast and reliable domestic and cross-border money transfer services for individuals and organizations, including both mobile and bank-based transfers.

Our in-house biometric system enhances beneficiary registration, payment accuracy, reporting, and audit trails. This technology has proven effective in field disbursements, eliminating manual errors and improving transparency.
